How does the free trial work?
The first time you open any of the three apps, a 30-day trial starts for the whole suite. It needs no payment details and never turns into a paid plan by itself. When it ends, the apps ask you to buy before they open again. Your documents stay on your PC.
How do I get my license after buying?
Click Buy in any of the apps. Once the payment goes through, the apps unlock by themselves within a minute or two. There's no license key to copy and paste. Bought on this website instead? Open any of the apps, choose "I already bought it" and sign in with the email address you paid with.
What is the money-back guarantee?
If you're not happy for any reason, ask for a full refund within 14 days of buying. We normally refund to your original payment method within 10 business days. See our refund policy.
How does the subscription renew?
Your subscription renews automatically once a year at the current price plus any sales tax, charged to the payment method you used. We email you a reminder 15 to 45 days before each renewal, with the date, the price and a link to cancel.
What happens if I cancel?
You can cancel online at any time from your account, without contacting anyone. Office Silkie keeps working until the end of the year you've paid for, and you're not charged again. After that the apps stop opening, but your documents stay on your PC as ordinary .docx, .xlsx and .pdf files. Subscribe again any time to pick up where you left off.
Are updates included?
Yes. Every new version of Silkie Write, Silkie Sheets and Silkie PDF is included for as long as you're subscribed, and the apps offer each update to you automatically.
Can I use it on more than one PC?
One license is active on one PC at a time. You can move it to another PC whenever you like. On the new PC, choose "I already bought it" and sign in with your purchase email.
Who processes the payment?
Our online store is run by Paddle.com, our reseller and the merchant of record for all orders. Paddle takes the payment, charges any sales tax and emails your receipt; the charge on your statement comes from Paddle. You can see your receipts and change your card from your account.
