Refunds

Our 14-day money-back guarantee, in plain words. The full terms are in Section 6 of the Terms of Sale.

Not happy? Get your money back.

If you're not satisfied for any reason, you can ask for a full refund within 14 days of your purchase. For a subscription, the same applies to each renewal charge, within 14 days of that charge.

How to ask

Sign in at your account and choose Ask for a refund (it usually goes through within minutes), or
email support@officesilkie.com from your order email address.

What happens next

We normally refund to your original payment method within 10 business days. When a purchase is refunded, its license ends and stops working at the next check. You can still use any trial you're entitled to.

Before you dispute a charge

Please contact us first. Most problems can be fixed quickly, and we'll refund you if you're eligible.
